Bella Davidovich is a beautiful and talented pianist known for her early brilliance, performing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 1 at age nine. Bella entered the Moscow Conservatory at the age of 18. Bella Davidovich shared first prize at the 4th International Frederick Chopin Piano Competition in 1949, starting her on a highly successful career in Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union.

Bella Davidovich has appeared with every major Russian conductor, performed as a soloist with the Leningrad Philharmonic Orchestra for 28 consecutive seasons, and has taught at the acclaimed Moscow Conservatory for sixteen years. In 1982, she became a professor at the renowned Juilliard School in New York City.
