Captain America: Civil War $182 Million Weekend comes as no surprise as it’s Friday haul of $75 Million paved the way for it’s stellar weekend performance. With an International gross of $497 Million the global cume for Captain America: Civil War now stands at an astounding $679 Million after two weeks.

Captain America: Civil War $182 Million Weekend is the fifth largest opening weekend gross at the box office following Star Wars: The Force Awakens with $248 Million, Jurassic World with $208 Million, Marvel’s The Avengers with $207 Million and Avengers: Age of Ultron with $191 Million.

How much will Captain America: Civil War earn? We will follow with excitement and see. Next weekend May 13, 2016 Captain America: Civil War will do battle with The Darkness starring the brilliant Radha Mitchell and Money Monster from Director Jodie Foster starring Julia Roberts and George Clooney.

On May 20, 2016 Steve Rogers/Captain America takes on The Angry Birds Movie, Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising and The Nice Guys from Director Shane Black (Iron Man 3) with two great actors, Russell Crowe and Ryan Gosling.

And then on May 27, 2016 Captain America: Civil War will face off against Alice Through the Looking Glass starring Mia Wasikowska, Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, Johnny Depp, Rhys Ifans, Sacha Baron Cohen and the great Alan Rickman. And if that is not enough competition Captain America: Civil War will also face the explosive X-Men: Apocalypse from Director Bryan Singer and Writer Simon Kinberg with Jennifer Lawrence, Olivia Munn, Rose Byrne, Monique Ganderton, Alexandra Shipp, Sophie Turner and James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Nicholas Hoult, Oscar Isaac and Evan Peters.

There is no doubt that the 2016 Summer Blockbuster Season will be spectacular.
